
Training Course on Diagnosis According to ISO 9001 Requirements
As part of implementing the strategic orientations of the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology (NHSAST) aimed at establishing an integrated Quality Management System and strengthening the culture of continuous improvement, and under the supervision of the Director, Professor Kamal Boujit, an online training course has been launched on diagnosis according to ISO 9001 requirements.
The course is delivered by Dr. Dib Malik, an expert and certified trainer in quality management systems, third-party audit consultant, and specialist in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
This training session is dedicated to the members of the Quality Project Steering Committee, in the presence of project representatives, several professors, and administrative staff, as follows:
- Deputy Director in charge of Education, Certification, and Continuing Training: Prof. Faiza Boumediene
- Deputy Director in charge of Doctoral Training, Scientific Research, Technological Development, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Promotion: Prof. Aouadj Salah Eddine
- Secretary General: Mr. Fattah Tewfik
- Deputy Director of Finance and Means: Mr. Zeraoulia Mohamed
- Deputy Director of Personnel, Training, and Cultural & Sports Activities: Mr. Abdelraouf Sedouki
- Head of the Monitoring, Statistics, and Foresight Department: Ms. Aouachek Ben Aliouad
The course focuses on the methodology of preliminary diagnosis as a key phase in assessing the degree of conformity of institutional practices with the requirements of the Quality Management System.
It also covers various tools and techniques used in analyzing organizational processes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and developing an effective action plan to support alignment with international standards.
This initiative is part of NHSAST’s ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and improve the quality of its services, in line with best practices in governance and quality assurance.
