
Training Courses at NHSAST: “Human Resources Management”
As part of the implementation of the training program aimed at improving administrative performance and developing professional skills, and under the supervision of the Director, Professor Kamal Boujet, our institution, the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology (NHSAST), organized a training course for its staff and executives titled: Human Resources Management, presented by expert lecturer Professor Hussein Fneich.
This course served as a scientific and interactive space that allowed participants to explore key modern concepts and approaches in human resource management. It covered various topics related to career path management, skills development, performance evaluation, and human resource motivation, while also highlighting the strategic role of this field in achieving the institution’s objectives and enhancing administrative efficiency.
The course also featured fruitful discussions and an exchange of experiences between the trainer and participants, which contributed to enriching knowledge and clarifying several practical aspects related to human resource management within public institutions.
This initiative is part of the school’s policy aimed at investing in human capital as a fundamental pillar for improving institutional performance and enhancing service quality, by providing continuous training opportunities and keeping up with professional and administrative developments.
At the end of the course, participants praised the quality of the presentations and the scientific content delivered over three consecutive days, emphasizing the importance of organizing such training sessions that contribute to improving professional competence and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the school.
