Peace and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, the noblest of Messengers,

On the occasion of commemorating National Martyrs’ Day, observed on February 18, I am pleased, on my own behalf and on behalf of the entire community of our institution—the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, including faculty, administrative staff, and students—to extend my highest expressions of appreciation and pride to the souls of our righteous martyrs, who, with their pure blood, wrote the most remarkable chapters of sacrifice and devotion so that Algeria may live free and independent.

The remembrance of February 18 is not merely a historical milestone; rather, it is a moment of الوفاء (loyal remembrance) in which we reflect on the sacrifices of men and women who believed in the justice of their cause and gave everything they had for the restoration of national sovereignty. This occasion also represents a renewed opportunity to instill the values of patriotism, commitment, and responsibility in our students, and to strengthen their connection to the glorious history of their nation.

At the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, we affirm that our educational mission is not limited to the transmission of knowledge alone, but also extends to shaping students who are aware of their identity, proud of their historical heritage, and ready to contribute to the path of development and nation-building—faithful to the legacy of the martyrs and committed to preserving the trust they left in the hands of future generations.

We pray to Almighty Allah to envelop our righteous martyrs in His vast mercy, to protect Algeria and its people from all harm, and to guide us all to serve our country with sincerity and dedication.
