The Director of the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, Mr. Kamel Boudjit, signed today a cooperation agreement with the Director of Alcadworks Company, Mr. Bilal Hassaid.
Also present at the signing were: Mr. Adnan Mourad, Deputy Director in charge of Information Systems, Communications and External Relations; Ms. Fayza Boumediene, Deputy Director in charge of Teaching, Degrees and Continuing Education; and Ms. Nour Ben Saad, responsible for Agreements and Student Internships.
The agreement, entitled “Definition of the Conditions of Cooperation between the School and Alcadworks Company in Educational, Scientific and Technical Fields,” is concluded for a duration of one year, automatically renewable each year up to a maximum of five (5) years.
Alcadworks specializes in the integration of computer-aided design, manufacturing, and simulation solutions. Through this agreement, our students will benefit from internships, supervision of final-year projects, and support for scientific activities.
The areas of scientific cooperation include the following:
Education and Training: Organization of joint courses and training sessions, shared and specialized units, and seminars.
Research and Development: Joint studies, projects, and innovations.
Internships and Supervision: Hosting and mentoring student interns.
Technical Visits: Organization of technical visits for students and faculty.
Technical Support and Expertise: In fields related to modern technologies.
Service of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities.

As part of the scientific, cultural, and sports activities program of the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, and under the direction of its Director, Mr. Kamel Boudjit, the first anniversary of the creation of the AST Scientific Club was celebrated, under the theme “AST Birthday.”
The student members of the club organized a robotics competition, which included twenty (20) teams, each composed of four (4) students from various National Higher Schools within the Chahid Abdelhafid Ihaddadene Scientific and Technological Hub of Sidi Abdellah, as well as students from the National Higher School of Computer Science and the National Polytechnic School.
The day’s program was as follows:
Opening
Phase 1: A series of games and challenges highlighting creativity, teamwork, and competitive spirit.
Phase 2: More than 20 teams participated, with only 6 selected for the final phase.
Phase 3: Announcement of the winning team under the slogan “Smile at the Camera and Shine.”
Closing: Prize and certificate presentation.

On the morning of Tuesday, October 21, 2025, Ms. Amal Hadoum, Librarian of the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, officially inaugurated the main area of the library at the Chahid Abdelhafid Ihaddadene Scientific and Technological Hub in Sidi Abdellah.
She was accompanied by Mr. Adla Msafek, Coordinator of Common Spaces; Mr. Ahmed Medghri, Director of the National Higher School of Mathematics; Mr. Aqba Tibermassi, Vice-Director for External Relations at the National Higher School of Artificial Intelligence; as well as Mr. Mahfoud Bakhti, Director of University Services, along with a group of collaborators and students.
The reading rooms are open to students from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing spaces for reading and scientific research on their various projects.
The library is organized across four floors:
First Floor: Two reading rooms for students.
Second Floor: Reading room for faculty members.
Third Floor: Room dedicated to supervising final-year projects.
Fourth Floor: Lounge and relaxation area.

Today, the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, under the leadership of Mr. Kamel Boudjit, organized a Breast Cancer Awareness campaign – Pink October as part of its Open House activities, under the slogan #BeAware.
The medical staff from the Zeralda Local Public Health Establishment, led by the Community Health Coordinator Dr. Zahra Adghar, along with a team of nurses and midwives, participated in this initiative.
Additionally, the team from the Preventive Medicine Unit of Maalama 1 University Residence, supervised by Dr. Fathallah Wahiba and Dr. Sara Bouras, contributed to the awareness campaign.
For Maalama 2 University Residence, the medical staff, composed of Dr. Haji Sayed Ahmed and Dr. Nesima Adel, with the support of psychologist Rabej Samia, conducted a practical demonstration of early detection for participants under 25, answered students’ questions, and explained the clinical screening method for participants over 25, while encouraging attendees to undergo mammography. Informational brochures were also distributed during the event.
At the conclusion of the awareness day, the Service of Scientific, Cultural, and Sports Activities awarded certificates of honor to the medical teams who participated in this initiative.

As part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between national higher education institutions and to develop digital academic resources, a cooperation agreement was signed on Monday, October 13, 2025, between the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology and the University Publications Directorate at the school’s headquarters in Sidi Abdellah.
The signing ceremony was overseen by Mr. Zinedine Boumlit, Director General of the University Publications Directorate, and Mr. Kamel Boudjit, Director of the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology, in the presence of administrative staff, faculty members, and student representatives.
This agreement aims to:
Strengthen academic and scientific cooperation in the fields of university publishing and writing, as well as the exchange of expertise.
Facilitate access to the “Iqra” digital platform offered by the University Publications Directorate, enabling students and faculty of the school to access recent scientific and educational content supporting teaching and research.
Promote a culture of open academic publishing and contribute to enriching the national university library with specialized references in autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, and advanced electronics.
This initiative aligns with the school’s policy to enhance the quality of education, engage with national institutions supporting higher education, and consolidate its position as a model institution in the field of technology and innovation.
The occasion also provided an opportunity to visit the school’s educational and scientific facilities, where the Director General explored the training spaces and laboratories and attended a brief presentation of student projects and scientific club activities.
In conclusion, this partnership reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to serve Algerian universities, develop the academic publishing system, and provide a modern scientific environment that contributes to training a generation of creative talents in technology and intelligent systems.

On Monday, September 22, 2025, the National Higher School of Autonomous Systems Technology (ENSTSA) held the official opening ceremony of the new academic year.
Administrative staff, faculty members, and students of the school attended, via live broadcast from the University of Tissemsilt, the speech of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the occasion of the official launch of the 2025–2026 academic year, along with the various planned activities.
Subsequently, activities continued on the school campus. The ceremony was opened by Ms. Faiza Boumediene, Deputy Director of Studies, followed by an address from Mr. Kamel Boudjit, Director of the school, on the theme “The Economic Role of the Institution”, and a presentation by Dr. Halim Mostefa entitled “Citizenship in University Conduct”.
Outstanding students were also honored to recognize and encourage their efforts and academic excellence.
The day concluded with scientific, cultural, and recreational activities organized by students and school clubs, creating an exceptional atmosphere that reflected the ambition of our students for a successful and achievement-filled academic year."

The Director of the National Graduate School of Autonomous Systems Technology participated in the international forum “Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future 2025”, held at the Skolkovo Technopark Innovation Complex in Moscow from August 7 to 17, 2025.
This event is one of the world’s major gatherings dedicated to unmanned systems and robotics, bringing together developers, manufacturers, researchers, and experts from various countries to discuss the latest innovations and future trends.
The forum showcased extensive applications of drones and robotic systems in strategic sectors such as agriculture, forestry, and construction, highlighting innovative solutions that are transforming methods of production, protection, and monitoring.
The participation of our school’s director in this global event is particularly significant, providing an opportunity for experience exchange, strengthening international cooperation, and consolidating the school’s position as a leading institution in the field of autonomous systems and robotics.

After three consecutive days of intensive work, challenges, creativity, and team spirit, the activities of the first hackathon at the National Graduate School of Embedded Systems Technologies concluded in a festive atmosphere filled with pride and a sense of achievement.
The final day was highlighted by the presentation of projects before the jury, where participating students demonstrated a high level of skill and ambition, offering innovative solutions to real-world problems in a spirit of healthy and remarkable competition.
